Sea Power Marine Products specializes in custom design and construction services for residential floating docks, community docks, fixed piers, marinas, bulkheads, walkways, gangways (ramps), and footbridges. Our team has over 50 years of experience on the coastal South Carolina waterways. Sea Power Marine Products can also develop dock and marina master plans, develop and submit permit application packages, and obtain both Federal and State government authorizations for tidal and non-tidal project locations. For existing older marine projects in the Lowcountry, our staff can assist owners with obtaining Maintenance-and-Repair Permits and obtaining permits for complete rebuilds. Throughout recent years, the permitting authorities have imposed many new rules and regulations. In order to restore your project, the planning, permitting, and reconstruction process must be handled very carefully.
