Summerset Boat Lifts

Got a call from my boat service center that when they picked up my boat for winter servicing, the lift would not go back up. I call Summerset, talked to Phil and they came out promptly and fixed my lift. I had asked them what it would cost and they were able to give me an estimate with an assumption of the probable cause. The invoice came back exactly as estimated (no surprises). They emailed me the bill and I didn't have to make it down to the lake to supervise a solution. Love the easy button. Thanks Summerset (Brian and Phil)!

I had a couple issues with my lift about a month ago. I texted Phil at Summerset lifts both times including once on a Friday night after we got to our lake house about 10pm and Phil responded immediately though I expected to hear from him the next day. As usual Phil and his team were out Monday morning, addressed the issue and repaired it. Of course this has been my typical experience with Brian and Phil and their team at Summerset boat Lifts and I only recommend this company to anyone looking for a lift or lift repairs. They are one of the few companies I have experienced at the Lake who truly excel at what they do with superb service and follow up.

They originally sold me my lift and installed it at our condo at the Palisades. We sold that condo and bought a lake house in Sunrise Beach. Phil at Summerset removed my lift from the condo, took it to their shop and widened it from 12ft to 14ft to fit our dock at the house. Before we closed we discovered the realtor listing was incorrect on the width of the slip and that it was 15Ft. I called Phil and he said the lift was already done but dont worry, they would widen it the additional foot and still be able to install on our delivery date. I also found out the owner of the home had left a lift that that didn't function properly and the tanks were rusting and Phil told me they could remove it at the same time of our install. phil and his staff once again went above and beyond our expectations just like our original lift purchase and install...AWESOME service

I have used Summerset twice to move and resize my lift. Both times it was done on time as requested with no issues. Cost was as quoted ahead of time. Both times they did a quality job. I felt the costs were reasonable. I talked to Brian at Summerset both times.
