Great people to work with Like the honesty

I took my Yamaha to Surdyke Port 20 for engine mounts. While in service they called and said my lower unit had an issue and needed to be rebuilt. After a $5,000 invoice for all repairs, my lower unit blew up 15 minutes after putting in water. I took it back and they said they were embarrased and said it never has happened before. Admitted to messing up a seal and letting water in. After two months of waiting, I go to pick up the boat and they want me to pay for the repairs a second time. Even better, they said they talked to me and I agreed to go in 50/50 on cost. They never talked me. Currently I cannot get anyone with authority to talk to me. Jim is not available and I ask for Greg Surdyke but they do not give out that number. Very very disappointed. I've missed half the boating season so far.

This review is for Mr. Greg Surdyke, from Surdyke Yamaha at Lake of the Ozarks. Mr. Surdyke has been and still is very helpful and knowledgeable as a captain and instructor. He continues to go above and beyond with his dedicated service, especially to my parents, Bob and Sonja Mannion and The Brittons, Carla and Ely and their daughter Carrie.
