I had a hydro hoist installed several years ago. I told them it was at a bad angle from the moment they installed it. They replied all was ok. The problem persisted until it actually broke the dock. I called hydro hoist corporate and explained my problem and they sent someone out to see and told them how to do it right. They then sent me two invoices for them to fix the lift and repair the dock, both of which would not have been needed had they done it correctly in the first place. In the interest of having further support I agreed to pay one of the invoices, now years later when I needed some adjustments made to the lift they said they would not help because they had to write off an invoice. In asking around I kept hearing I am not the first person to have a bad experience like that. Boat floaters has a new high end lift that I would love to own
