2) Next, an On-Site Walk-Through with photos/videos to highlight key issues.
3) A Condition & Valuation Survey (not for finance/insurance) offers a comprehensive assessment, including a sea trial, hull/systems checks, engine checks, and equipment review, adhering to USCG/ABYC guidelines. A detailed report and valuation are provided.
4) Finally, a Full Survey meets financing/insurance requirements. Get peace of mind before you buy!

We are a team of professional Marine Surveyors serving central Texas. With offices in Austin, Ft. Worth and Houston, we serve clients from Kemah, Houston through San Antonio, Austin to Dallas Ft. Worth and will travel to ensure we meet your timeline. We offer Condition and Valuation surveys, Damage Surveys as well as Electrical and Corrosion surveys.
We are all Graduate Surveyors from the Chapman School of Seamanship, ABYC Master Advisors in Standards and Marine Systems, Members of the Association of Certified Marine Surveyors (ACMS) and members of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
