Lake of the Ozarks is packed full of awesome events (many family-friendly) for the 2019 boating season! It seems like there’s something going on almost every weekend! We’ll update many of these events as the date grows closer, so be sure to check back to get all of the insider information. Also, make sure you’re prepared for the busy season by brushing up on our tips for busy boating weekends at Lake of the Ozarks.

March Boating Events
March 16: St. Patrick’s Water Parade
The 28th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Water Parade is a perfect reason to de-winterize your boat a little early. Decorate your boat and join the parade for your chance to win a prize.

April Boating Events
April 12 - 14: LOMDA Spring In-Water Boat Show
Attend the Lake Ozark Marine Dealers Association (LOMDA) Spring In-Water Boat Show and see a variety of boats including new cruisers, performance boats, runabouts, and PWCs.

May 4: Spring Harbor Hop

Lake Race is a sanctioned OPA/P1 Offshore Race held at Lake of the Ozarks. 50+ powerboat teams from all over the world will converge on the lake to claim the largest sponsorship funded prize purse in the USA.

The Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is the largest unsanctioned boat race in the US and was named one of the nation’s eight “must-see” boating events according to Powerboat Magazine.
